Validation Scope
Mold function, molded-part condition and recorded process information are reviewed against the agreed requirements before the next project step.
01
Review part filling and visible molding issues against the agreed requirements.
02
Review gating behavior, runner performance and gate-related appearance.
03
Check mold opening, part release and ejection behavior.
04
Review agreed cosmetic surfaces, parting lines, gate marks and texture requirements.
05
Inspect agreed critical dimensions against the customer drawing and inspection scope.
06
Record relevant molding conditions to support trial comparison and engineering review.
Trial Workflow
Trial stages and correction loops depend on project results. Corrections and additional trials are completed when required before approval or the next agreed step.

Correction / Re-Trial When Required
Approval / Next Step
Return to trial when required. Trial findings are reviewed against the agreed product and tooling requirements. Where changes are needed, correction actions and any re-trial scope are discussed before approval or the next project step.
Documented Evidence
Samples and records are provided according to the agreed project requirements and validation scope.
Molded samples provided for review according to the agreed scope.
Recorded mold condition, observations and trial findings.
Recorded trial conditions support result comparison and engineering review.
Agreed critical dimensions are reviewed against the customer drawing.
Findings, required actions and confirmation status are recorded where applicable.
Approval / Confirmation records and the next agreed step are included where applicable.
Next Project Step
Validated tooling can move toward the agreed documentation, spare parts, packing and transfer requirements for customer production.

The review can cover filling, gate and runner behavior, mold opening, part release, appearance, agreed critical dimensions and recorded molding conditions.
T0 commonly refers to an initial tool trial. T1 may refer to a subsequent trial, including after changes where required. Trial labels, scope and sequence follow the agreed project process.
According to the agreed project scope, records can include molded samples, trial findings, molding parameters, dimensional inspection results, correction status and open items.
Agreed critical dimensions are compared with the customer drawing and inspection scope. Results and open items are reviewed before approval or the next correction step.
Findings against the agreed product or tooling requirements may lead to correction actions and another trial where necessary. The scope is discussed before the next validation step.
After the agreed confirmation, tooling can move toward export transfer or continue into plastic injection molding production at Arktech, depending on the project path.
